Data processed

Browsing data: during normal operation, the hosting provider's systems collect some technical data (e.g. IP address, date and time of the request, page visited) used to ensure the website works correctly and securely.

Data provided voluntarily: name, surname, email, company, message and, for applications, the position of interest and LinkedIn profile, entered in the contact forms.

Purposes and legal basis

Answering contact and information requests (art. 6.1.b GDPR); evaluating job applications (art. 6.1.b GDPR); ensuring the security of the website (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR).

How data is processed

Data is processed electronically with appropriate security measures. Messages sent through the forms are forwarded to the company mailbox through the Web3Forms service, acting as an external provider appointed as data processor.

Retention

Data is kept for the time strictly necessary to handle the request or the selection process and, afterwards, for the time required by law.

Disclosure

Data is not disclosed or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by technical providers (hosting, form forwarding service) solely for the purposes stated.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or analytics tools. If you pick a language manually, the preference is stored only in your browser (localStorage) to show you the site in that language: it is technical data, it is not sent anywhere and you can delete it from your browser settings.

Your rights

You can exercise at any time the rights under arts. 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) by writing to amministrazione@assertcode.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
